About Us

My name is Heather Nova, and I specialize in helping busy HealthCare Providers optimize their time by serving as the criticial link between their practice and health insurance companies. My mission is to simplify the billing and credentialing process, easing the administrative burden on providers so they can focus on what matters most—caring for their clients and patients while also increasing their revenue.

With over 20 years of experience in the Medical and Business fields, I have built a career dedicated to supporting healthcare practices. I began my journey as a Certified Medical Assistant and Office Management Specialist, landing my first role at a Pediatric office after my internship. From there, I quickly advanced to Medical Records Specialist and ultimately became a Front Office Manager.

Throughout my career, I have continuously sought opportunities to grow and challenge myself. I’ve gained valuable experience across various specialties, including Neurology, Rheumatology, Pain Management and Behavioral Health.

While I enjoyed working as a Medical Assistant, my passion lies in Billing, Insurance, and Business Administration—the backbone behind a thriving healthcare practice.
